Contact information

Solaia is a one-person studio in Lisbon. Every message comes to me directly, and I answer all of them myself.

Email: info@solaia-jewelry.com

If you're writing about an order, please include your order number — it saves us both a round of emails.

Postal address
Solaia — Shatha Qoura
Rua Rodrigo da Fonseca 141, 3.º D
1070-241 Lisboa

Please note this is my studio address, not a shop. If you're returning a piece, email me first so I know to expect it.

For complaints You can also use the electronic complaints book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt, which I answer within 15 working days.
