Where I ship
I currently ship within Portugal only.
Making and dispatch
Every piece is handwoven by me in Lisbon, one bead at a time.
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Solaia is a one-person studio — I make each piece, pack it, and take it to the post office myself. If something is going to take longer than that, I'll email you rather than leave you wondering.
Delivery
I send everything by CTT registered post, with tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email when your piece is on its way.

Delivery estimates start from the day of dispatch, not the day you order, and they aren't guaranteed — once a parcel is with CTT, its progress is out of my hands.
If something goes wrong
If your tracking hasn't moved in several days, or your parcel is marked delivered and you don't have it, email me at info@solaia-jewelry.com and I'll open an enquiry with CTT. Please check with neighbours and your local CTT point first — that resolves it more often than not.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before you order. I can change it if you email me before dispatch, but once a parcel is with CTT I can't redirect it. Parcels returned to me because of an incorrect address can be resent, with postage payable again.
